The Following Is An Illustration Of How One Might Download A Paper File On ONE COMPUTER SYSTEM...

STEP # 1 -
Open The Mail Entitled "FILE ATTACHED VERSION OF PAPER"
This Is What You Will See Once It Has Been Opened: |

Step # 2 : Press Whichever Button Lets You
DOWNLOAD The Document
NOTE : On Some Systems, You May Need To Click the Word 'FILE' (top screen) and
then 'SAVE AS'
This Is Similar To What You Will See Next: |

(Pay attention to where the paper is being downloaded ..
In the case above, it's about to go into the /download folder)
Step # 3 : START YOUR WORD PROCESSING
PROGRAM..
Click 'FILE' (top of screen) then 'OPEN'

********To view the file, YOU MUST choose
"All Files"
from the "Files of Type" menu above********
(Note : You Must* Navigate To The Folder Which Contains The Downloaded Paper --
The above example is "looking in" /PAPERS .. when it should be "looking
in" /DOWNLOAD)
Step # 4 : Select The
File You Downloaded From The List & Doubleclick It....
(The File Name Should Appear in the Above-Depicted Box
So Long As You Have Moved To The Proper Directory and
selected "ALL FILES" as shown in steps 2 & 3) |
The Paper Should NOW Appear On Your Screen !
