United They Stand - The Economic Rise of Euroland in a Globalized World
Abstract: A 5 page paper that argues the point that the efforts of the European Union stand to build a strong and united economic force in the globalized world despite Europe's long history of discord and war. Discussed are projected reasons for failure presented by those believing in Europhobia, or the fears of the old world, as well as projected reasons for success held by those trusting in Europhoria, or the hopes of a new world. Bibliography lists 7 sources.
