Canadian Foreign Policy

Abstract: This 16 page paper argues that Canada's changing policy is not supported by the state of its military forces. Its rhetoric is global in nature, while its reality is still relative isolationism. Much of the problem is attributable to a public, and a a government, that does not want to spend the necessary dollars to build up its armed forces. U.S./Canadian relations are discussed. Bibliography lists 15 sources.
