Abused Women Who Kill

Abstract: This 20 page paper considers the issue of abused women who kill their abusers, and makes definitive assertions about the socioeconomic status and background of these women. This paper maintains that there is a correlation between socioeconomic and educational elements and the meeting of societal expectations, as well as the belief that women who are educationally or socioeconomically disadvantaged often express a sense of being "trapped."
