Part Time and Full Time Employment

Abstract: A 7 page paper discussing the advantages and disadvantages of part time employment. There are many reasons an individual may choose to work part time, and there are equally as many reasons employers should encourage reduced schedules spread over greater numbers of people. It appears that part time work has become a fact of corporate life. Though many organizations have been "fattening up" their workforces for years, the part time worker may now have become a staple of organizational need. Bibliography lists 7 sources.
