Twentieth Century Urbanization

Abstract: 6 pages. According to some of the early Chicago School sociologists, many American cities would incorporate groups of ethnoracially distinct migrants and immigrants in a similar fashion. Their claim was that these would be more or less identical for different groups. This theory will be evaluated by comparing the process of twentieth century urbanization in America among Blacks, Latinos, Asians and Mexican-Americans. Bibliography lists 2 sources.
