The Issue Of Abortion In The Counseling Relationship

Abstract: It is the role of the counselor to support and empower clients in problem-solving endeavors that may be viewed as reparative. This 5 page paper addresses the problem of ethical differences between the counselor and the client wishing to have an abortion and argues hat the ethical dilemma of the counselor may be resolved through an understanding and use of the ethical standards set for those in the helping profession.
