Legal and Ethical Issues Concerning Mandatory Sterilization

Abstract: In an argument that has gone on for decades, we are still forced to consider whether we as a society have a right to determine, if certain members of our society should, or should not be "allowed" to have children. Although the argument continues, there now seems to be a different set of legal and ethical reasons to support the same argument. This 5 page discussion will look at the reasoning of the past, as well as that that is given today. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
