Abstract: 10 pages. This paper is an overview of the Fifty Years' War in the Holy Land, including such topics as the War of 1948, the Sinai Campaign and the Suez Crisis of 1956. As this is a time period made up of many turbulent skirmishes, the subject is one that is vast. The political context for these Holy Land wars is explained as well as how and why the uprisings occurred. This chronicle of events will help the student to understand some of the occurrences during the Fifty Years' War. Bibliography lists 8 sources.
