Analyzing the Homeless / Why Don't They Just Get a Job?

Abstract: An 8 page research paper which looks at the reality of being homeless as shown in Down on Their Luck: A Study of Homeless Street People by David Snow and Leon Anderson (1993). This work reveals that the stereotypical images of the homeless as either lazy or mentally disturbed are completely false and offers empirically based research results that paint a far different picture. No additional sources cited.
