Abstract: A 5 page analysis of the book Transitions: Making Sense of Life's Changes by William Bridges. This book deals with the transitions that everyone goes thorough, specifically or non-specifically. Everyone goes through difficult and painful transitions at one time or another in their life and that is the basis for this book. It is a well written and exceptionally well detailed book filled with easily understandable concepts that make a lot of sense. He details the idea of growth as opposed to the unrealistic idea of ridding oneself of the unavoidable transitions. No additional sources cited.
