Poor Management's Effects on Employees

Abstract: 7 pages in length. There are books written about it, and in great numbers. There are entire journals dedicated to it, dozens of seminars to talk about it and professional societies to support it. The truth that is undeniable, however, is that "despite all the books and seminars on leadership that are consumed annually, a lot of folks in management positions are simply rotten leaders." The lack of leadership or even standard managerial skills affects both the morale and productivity of the company's employees, ultimately affecting the company's potential.
