Shannondale

Abstract: A 7 page paper discussing risks faced by a local retirement community. The long-awaited reform in Medicare may change payment structures in the future, but any changes that may occur long-term are not worth considering here. Changes that may or may not occur in Medicare do not provide a solid base from which to direct Shannondale in the present. The purpose here is to assess the risk that Shannondale faces in the mid- to long-term future and to suggest initiatives that the organization can undertake on its own. Bibliography lists 6 sources.
