The Roman Empire / Its Rise & Fall

Abstract: A 6 page paper analyzing the reasons for the creation of the Roman Empire as well as how these same factors led to its eventual collapse. The paper points out that there was simply no way that an Empire so huge and so culturally diverse could be managed at all, let alone imbued with a common sense of purpose.
