Proposal for Funding

Abstract: A 7 page paper discussing alternatives for the child care component of a community social program. The E Pluribus Unum Neighborhood Center (EPUNC) has come to a crisis point in funding, as is the case with so many other community programs. In this day of shrinking government budgets, government sources become less of an option seemingly with each passing day. The purpose here is to identify potential funding sources, as well as some community-based programs that can provide at least a portion of the labor needed at no charge.
