Medical Malpractice

Abstract: A 10 page research paper that examines the issues surrounding the topic of medical malpractice and how escalating insurance premiums are affecting health care delivery system. The writer defines the problem and then discusses the background to this problem. Then a literature review briefly summarizes different perspectives on the topic that show the scope of the controversy and how different factions disagree about the causes, issues and possible solutions. Analysis is then offered, along with interpretation of the data gathered and conclusions. A one page executive summary is included. Bibliography lists 4 sources.
