Jehovah's Witnesses/Bloodless Surgery

Abstract: A 5 page research paper that explores the topic of bloodless surgery. Members of the Jehovah's Witness church are prohibited by their faith from having blood transfusions. Likewise, many people fear infection from blood transfusions. This has led to surgical techniques and strategies that allow for successful surgery without blood transfusions. The writer discusses how this practice is spreading. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
