Cultural Behavior And The Elderly

Abstract: 5 pages in length. To spend one's life amassing experience, education, information and a better understanding of the surrounding global environment means one has earned the title of being called elderly. However, despite all of the inherent value one may have collected through years of living and breathing on this earth, it does not automatically equate to the measure of respect and deference one might expect it to command; rather, the level of contempt held for old age continues to grow in global communities like America and Africa.
