Abstract: The transformation of the European economic landscape in recent years has resulted in the change in legal developments in a number of European Union countries, including Germany. In order to understand these changes and the implications for international business, it is necessary to consider the German structure for contract, agency and partnership law. This 10 page paper considers the legal components of unified Germany, including contract, agency and partnership law, and evaluates these in terms of the existing and transforming internal business climate.
