Planning a New Home Health Service

Abstract: An 11 page expansion of a 5-page paper providing a business plan for a new home health service in San Antonio, Texas. The new business will specialize in care of the elderly remaining in their own homes. The plan includes a breakeven analysis, projected balance sheet and projected cash flow for the first 9 months of operation. This expanded plan also includes alternatives for funding (grants, corporate donations and business incubator involvement), marketing, estimate of time to achieve profitability and evaluation of the program.
