Code Of Ethics: Comparing The American Society For Public Adminstration And The Society For Human Resource Management

Abstract: 14 pages in length. Both the American Society for Public Administration and the Society for Human Resource Management strive to maintain the innate principles of ethical behavior throughout various entities of the world. Each has its own Code of Ethics by which all members are expected to abide, focusing upon the good that can come from any given group as long as they are all bound by the same ethical code. However, although both organizations stand by their individual quest for ethical behavior, there are some fundamental differences in the way in which each one goes about promoting and supporting its respective code. The writer compares ASPA to SHRM in relation to their respective Codes of Ethics. Bibliography lists 7 sources.
