Abstract: A 7 page overview of the steps that might be taken when evaluating an elderly patient complaining of chest pain and who has a history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), hypertension, high cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia), gastrointestinal reflux disease (GERD), smoking and pneumonia.
