California School Finance

Abstract: A 9 page review of California school funding. The author assesses past and current funding and emphasizes that while questioning the manner in which our public schools are funded and how they utilize those funds is quite prudent, spending too much time fighting about dollars can be as much a detriment to the educational goals as a benefit. Money does not always determine educational quality. Bibliography lists 8 sources.
