Abstract: 5 pages in length. The foundations upon which these studies are presented illustrate the broadly associated relationship between "family functioning and adolescent well-being" (Shek, 1997, p. 467), which ultimately dictates the presence of antisocial behavior in the youths. Utilizing British urban populations, Asian family questionnaires and Midwestern psychology students, the researchers sought to gain a significantly better understanding of how and why certain populations engage in greater incidence of antisocial behavior than others do. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
