Waiting to have children until having reached career goals is a choice many women are making in today's world as a means by which to fulfill both their personal and professional without intersecting the two most important aspects of one's life. The extent to which such staggered life choices affords the ability to focus upon one important life stage at a time is both grand and far-reaching; that women are better able to play the mother role with one-hundred-percent attention speaks to the value of satisfying career demands first and family focus second.
