Abstract: This 4 page paper looks at the arguments for and against the use of cheaper and older but more polluting technology to be used in the building of power stations in Texas. The paper looks at the advantages and disadvantages of the new and old technologies and presents them in an argumentative paper. The paper is based on a case study supplied by the student.
