Abstract: 4 pages in length. Ethical concerns notwithstanding, stem cell research represents the cusp of future technological advancement where health care is concerned. Indeed, the ethical debate that currently rages poses tremendous implications upon how mankind moves forward in an age where technology is presenting lifesaving opportunities like never before, however, those are separate and apart from the overwhelming benefits inherent to cord blood usage and research.
