Turn-key Electrostatic Precipitator

Abstract: This 8 page paper provides an overview of the issues around the development of a turn-key electrostatic precipitator at a new coal fired power plant. This paper outlines NSPS regulations that must be met for particulate emissions and other data pertinent to the successful implementation of this system. This paper takes the view of a consultant, who proposes ways to provide a phased cost estimate and timeline for the evaluation of bids for this project. Bibliography lists 4 sources.
