Abstract: This 24 page report discusses the fact that any baseball organization's front office staff of any baseball club must be well aware of the factors that motivate people to attend a baseball game. It is equally important to plan promotional events and special giveaway nights with those specific motivators in mind. Giveaways attract a wide range of people who would not normally consider themselves baseball fans and that is just the point.
