401(K)

Abstract: This 7 page paper discusses different aspects of the 401k retirement plan offered by most companies. Today's employee is looking for more in a company than in the past. One of the incentives companies are using today is a 401k program in which the company matches at least a portion of the voluntary contributions made by employees.
