Steroid Use in Major League Baseball

Abstract: This 4 page paper argues that there is little or no conclusive evidence that steroids enhance athletic performance. That being the case, athletes who set records while using these drugs should not have their records stripped from them. Finally, the paper argues that Congress should not be involved in this matter.
