Abstract: A 12 page paper detailing the history behind the Quebec Independence Movement. Its origins reach far back in history and the movement, though much weakened today, is still a hope of many citizens of Quebec. If the separatism were successful there would be many differences in the way Quebec deals with Canada as well as the rest of the world. Bibliography cites 9 sources.
