Cross Cultural Communications

Abstract: A 20 page paper discussing the issues surrounding cross cultural communication in the workplace. This is an issue which is increasingly important in the business world as technology has brought down many cultural barriers. An introduction is included, which addresses various concerns as well as provides a definition of terms. This section is followed by a literature review which consists of two separate sections. One section illustrates some particular problems in dealing with different cultures. The second section describes various ways that some writers have offered in regards to solutions. This is followed by a conclusion which addresses the literature described and discusses the possible effectiveness of current trends. Bibliography contains 20 references.
