Abstract: This 17 page report discusses the 'baby boom' generation (Americans born between 1946 and 1964) in terms of their retirement plans, options, and likely economic realities. This report examines general issues related to retirement and baby boomers but focuses on the issues confronting women of the baby boom generation as they move toward their retirement years.
