Repercussions Of Toxic Waste

Abstract: 6 pages in length. It is not as though no one saw the problem escalating long before it reached its current out-of-control proportion; rather, toxic waste and the myriad problems that accompany it have been noted for the past several decades. But it has only been in more recent years that the great threat of toxic waste repercussion upon the ecosystem has been truly recognized for the irreparable damage it has caused. Because of this ongoing damage, environmental groups are scrambling to reverse some of the negative influence toxic waste has cast upon the land, air and water. The writer discusses such repercussions as they deal with toxic waste. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
