Individuals Changing The World

Abstract: A 5 page essay on how individuals acting as leaders and risk takers will change the world. The writer argues that although governments are often looked to for answers--the type of changes needed are in contrast to those governments' interests and the answer does not reside in government (except through democratic change). The paper relies heavily on examples of several risk takers and how their efforts could lead to change. The paper does not seek to support these particular solutions, but to point out their potentialities--as potential relates to individual action. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
